Help for aether power

Aether Power is a percentage bonus applied to your aether damage output.

When you deal aether damage, it is increased by your Aether Power percentage. For example, an Aether Power of 10 means you deal 10% more aether damage.

Aether Power is calculated from your attributes and your focus:
  Focus + (Spirit x 3) + Mind

The Focus term comes from a focus crystal worn in your offhand. A channeler without a focus feels it the way a fighter without a weapon does. Buffs and other equipment can further increase your Aether Power.
