Help for commerce (neutral skill tree)

The commerce tree covers trade, negotiation, and economic efficiency.
Higher ranks improve buy and sell prices and unlock merchant abilities.

Passive Bonuses:

  Each rank passively reduces prices when buying and increases returns when
  selling at shops.

Commands by Rank:

  Rank 1
    auction       Sell items system-wide in the global auctions.

  Rank 2
    appraise      See the estimated value of any item.

  Rank 3
    haggle        Attempt to haggle down the price of a shop item.
